Web 2.0: A Crash Course For Business Leaders

As part of World Usability Day, UsabilityNJ is offering a free half-day seminar for business leaders focused on how Web 2.0 can transform business activities. This practical, hands-on seminar will be held at The Conference Center at NJHA in Princeton, NJ on November 8, 2007 from 1:00 to 4:30 PM.

Leading the seminar will be Charles Kreitzberg, PhD, CEO of Cognetics Corporation. The seminar will address Web 2.0 trends and how Web 2.0 is redefining marketing and communications practices.

Participants will explore the value of such social networking tools as blogs, wikis, Facebook, YouTube, discussion forums and communities as businesses tools that reach new customers, increase customer loyalty and improve internal communications.
